How to Participate in the Scrip Program
1. Download these documents from this page:
- Blank order form (in Excel or PDF format) - print this out to order
- Sample order form- example of a finish order to be turned into the library.
- PDF file of the complete options of all of the gift cards available to purchase.
2. Fill out the order form.
3. Turn in the complete order form to the library with your check by the 15th of each month.
Remember, every dollar raised goes back to the Booster Club!
