The presentation below provides an overview of Pali's budget including information on revenues and expenditures over the last three years, the forecasted need to cut $1.1m from the budget for 2010-2011, strategies for balancing the budget and the budget process for this spring. Please review the presentation and provide your input on what Pali's goals and priorities should be as they develop the budget as well as your ideas for balancing the budget.
